Instrument Cluster replacement

Hi All
I have just purcahsed a 1994 SL600 with an imperial (MPH) speedo and econ gauge.

I wish to replace this with a 'metric' (KMH) cluster.

Is this just a simple plug out/pug in job or is ther a requirement to reset some computer under the dash?
