Is it safe to plug this from the block? My engine is down now for overhauling. I plugged the line before from where the hose to the heater starts - was planning on plugging it from the block. I already took out the heater of the car. We don't really need it here in the Philippines. The other side that comes from the T-stat housing has also been plugged. Was just wondering if the diesel fuel really need to be heated using this water feed line. My 617 engine on the other car did'nt have this "heating water feed line" and seems to be OK. Thanks!
