Only if you're willing to change other parts (including the springs) as well. What you have are more than shocks... they support part of the weight of the car as leveling devices using hydraulic pressure. By the time you buy new springs, P/S pump, etc, etc, you're better off just paying the price for new rear levelers/shocks. (IMHO)
Just curious, why do you want to change them?
