need a shove

i need a shove in the right direction.

my 87 420sel the window washer jets the ones on the hood. well they plugged up so i tried to clean them with a pin. well 1 opened up the other 3 didn't.

so i looked them over and i see the hose running to them but am i mistaken that there are some electrical wires going to them as well????? i figured that out it's a heating sys for the nozzle.

now can someone give me a shove about removing or cleaning the nozzle. maybe a hint on adjusting the aim on them.
tks
craig

Aiming should be roughly in a W pattern, hitting the glass, I believe, about 2/3 the way up, which will hit at about halfway up at speed on the highway.

I had 3/4 completely corroded shut and was able to carefully drill them out with a super fine bit and a small hand drill. Bit cost me less than a dollar at local HW store.

Guitar strings

Craig,
I used the B string from a light acoustic set, .016" diameter for cleaning mine. The steel wire is firm, but flexible and did a great job--can be run all the way to the connector. I need to run to grocery store in a while, if i have a spare string i'll hang it on the door knob at your shop.
