I'm a first time owner so please bare with me. The lights on the instrament panel don't come on when the head lights are turned on. I tryed to check the fuses but they don't have a diagram to show what number fuses go where. Where could I get this information

Do any lights in the consol OR switches come on? IF so then the problem may be bad bulbs.
