I thought that there was one socket that fit diesel engines and the other fit gas engines. I tried my diesel socket that I know fits the 123 diesel engine, on an '86 190D and it was too big.
I have ordered a socket for my M103, and I'm waiting on it. Will it fit the '86 190D? Thanks for any help you can offer, my friend is in a bind for the socket. If the one I have on the way will not fit, we need to start looking for the one that will. Thanks and have a great day, ------------------ Larry Bible '84 Euro 240D, 523K miles '88 300E 5 Speed '81 300D Daughter's Car Over 800,000 miles in Mercedes automobiles |

Yes! The 10mm Spline socket will work on OM60_series engines.
