How to replace "Wing" Mirror Glass

My passenger side wing mirrors has tarnished. I've bought a new mirror glass but can't seem to peel off the "old" one. Dun wanna break the mirror too and feel miserable for 7 years.

Anyone knows the correct technique to replace the mirror glass?

Pls help. TIA.

Rgds

mirror removal

According to the factory repair manual, you simply take a plastic wedge and pry from the outside edge and it should pop right out.
