95 E300D Tachometer & SRS light problem

I am having electrical problems with my 95 E300D. When the vehicle is running the tachometer doesn't work and the SRS light stays on. I've also noticed the oil pressure pegs wheter the vehicle is idling or being driven (it hadn't done this prior to the SRS light problem). Any ideas??

95 E300D Tachometer & SRS problem

Any idea on what an OVR would run if the dealer were to replace it?

After replacing the overload protection fuse and it blowing again I found the wiring harnass to the glow plugs and other engine sensor components had been fried near the battery (the wiring in the harnass was badly frayed). Put on a new harness ($415 at the Mercedes dealer) and now the car runs great.
