I bought the hose from the dealer...$60.
Probably over-priced, but it wasn't readily available at the time.
The fittings looked to be the standard A/N banjo-style on one end and hex on the other...the hose was fairly stiff, so it was designed for a particular application.
Those special hex wrenches used for this stuff works best, but since I don't own any, socket wrenches work OK (albeit, with some marring of the bolt surfaces).
Make sure you depressurize the system before doing this (remove the gas cap). There will be some spillage, so have a couple of clamps ready to pinch the hose ends when doing this...
