126 Climate Control Wood Removal???

I have done a search on this and have come up with some info but not all the info. I want. After my Kenwood radio went in for checking this week, (still under warranty) I have no radio so I want to pull the wood in the climate control area and replace the bulb that feeds the transmission and a few switches!! Heck I want to replace all bulbs so I don't have to go back in there for a while. I have looked at it for a while and I just can't figure out how it gets out.Last thing I want to do is damage it.
And 2. Is the bulb the little guy that goes for .76cts on fastlane. (4B300-18927) How many do I need.

The wood is held on with two small screws on the bottom.

Radio and ashtray must come out first.

After screws are removed from the wood piece, it slides down and out.

The fiber-optic hub is in back and you will need needle nosed pliars to access the main bulb as well as the 'spokes' on the hub. Some switches may have their own internal light, although I can't tell you which on an '83. Follow the F.O. lines to figure that out. Or pul the main bulb and see which lights go out.

The climate control unit may need to be loosened as well to gain access, but it does not need to be removed.

where??

I got the ashtray thing figured out. The radio is out. But for some reason I just can't seem to find the two screws the hold the center wood (climate control.) where at the bottom are they. Are they hidden by anything. I looked at the housing for the radio and it doesn't seem to be blocking anything. Or is it? Anyone have picts.?

Thanks.

Hard to take a picture of the screws since they go up at about a 60-degree angle into the dash. Look along the bottom edge of the wood trim.

Just put a new dash in my 86 Euro SE the centeral hub fiber optical bulb feeds the lights on the three center vents and three switchs on the climate control unit and maybe another dash light. the center consul switchs and lights are soldered in leds in every switch ,not sure about the gear selector light as mine was working fine.those screws are black on black plastic and are hard to see.........

Got em!!

Thanks people,
the radio housing was hiding the both of them really nicely.!!! I appreciate your help. As for the bulbs I guess I'll buy them tonight and do the job before I get the navigation head unit back.
I am trying to do a search on the exact bulb number. Might just go to a store and do the job tommorrow. I'll also replace the climate control bulb (s) how many in total do I need.?
Thanks folks!!!
