working on friends car...

All brake ligts went out.

Fuse is ok, Bulbs are ok. All three brake lights are out.

Heeeelp....

check grounding. I had an intermittent "no light " issue on my 560 sl . Grounding it directly to the chassis from the bulb socket fixed the problem

It's likely your brake light switch under the steering columm.

I ordered the light switch from the dealer. It is about $20.00

I went under the dash and saw the switch.

I will pick it up on Monday and give an update.
