You need to do a search in the main Tech section on EHA idle current and other such words. Do not assume the FI computer is bad. The FI system is mechanical with some electronics wrapped around it. Stevebfl has info on EHA, the electro hydraulic actuating valve on the CIS airflow meter. Things like O2 sensors can cause problems as well as out of spec CIS adjustments. I've got this system on my 300Se and I'd like to replace it with an all electronic FI system but that's just me. Don;t you try doing that though.
The shaking might be a bent wheel, a flex disc that's about to go bad, a bad u-joint or a bad CV joint. The ball joints may also be bad. It may also be an out of balance wheel. Obviously, which end of the car is important. Post in the Tech forum but do a search first. Please provide me some feedback on what you find.
