change outside temp from C to F?

Well put Fimum Fit!

Another way to view the metric temperature is 0 Deg. C is the freezing point of water and 100 Deg. C is the boiling point of water.
Much easier to understand than 32 - 212 Deg. F in my opinion.

And lets not forget that in the Metric system there are no fractions!
