Maybe tomorrow would be a good time to go and actually see the damage if at all possible, or to call and get some greater details?

If it's just the inner liner, than no lost sleep tomorrow night, if its the door skin then start taking notes, j/k.

BTW, Not to make light of a sensitive subject, but how is the Gas situation over in the UK?
