My wife did the exact (well, as best I can tell form your pics) same damage to the right rear of my 380SE. It appears as if the trunk lid escaped damage, other than maybe a minor bend that can be worked out without any paint/body work. I had to have the whole lid redone.
If so, you are looking at repair of the narrow band of sheetmetal under the light (what will show), some tweaking in the plate area, and quite a bit of hammer and dolly work on the inside trunk framework (or perhaps a replacement piece, which means welding). I can't tell of course how extensive the framework damage is without seeing it in person. In my case, I removed all the trunk lining, and the light assembly, then made some carefully thought out cuts in the inner framing to bend it back and allow the bodyhammer access to the outer panel. I worked everything as straight as possible, then bent the inner framing back into place. I thought about welding it up, but there is no real structural need to do this. The rear is designed to collapse to absorb impact, so I wasn't at all concerned about 'strength' in this area, just looks. I did the bodyfill myself, painted the area under the light myself, and had the pros do the trunklid. I didn't go through insurance because of the cost...another tale, more relevent to where I live. Fortunately, as was the case with my accident, the bumper looks OK, especially the trim piece. The light lens I got on EBay. Prices vary, but you are probably going to go through insurance so that wouldn't matter I guess.
