So far I have replaced the receiver/drier, the A/C relay, refilled with freon. Anyone have any suggestions what could be the next logical culprit? Thanks.

Check your engine belt and tensioner.

engine belts are tight and in good working order. What's next? When the a/c blows it is very cold, it just seems that maybe there is a bad relay or some other shutoff switch?

A/C seems to reset and blow cold again when i turn off the car and restart.
