mercedes ac problem

I have a 2000 Mercedes E320 wagon. The A/C stopped blowing cold. I checked the pressure and had the following readings 125 psi (eng off) 100 psi (eng on) on the low press side and 150 psi (eng off) 125 psi (eng on) on the high side, The clutch is engaged when the ac is on. Any help?
