A/C Runs warm when car stops or slows down

I have a 190 e 2.3 and i have had ongoing ac issues some things were replace such as the compressor ,dryer and the expansion valve, ive continueously had plobems even thogh those things were changed.
Ive leaned alot from this forum and have done , some of the suggestions given her.
my issue these day are that when my system is charged up ofcourse my a/c reuns cold, it will last and produce cold air for about two weeks ,
.its as though my a/c run perfectly.
After about 2 week or when the weather gets super hot the ac acts up.
If i am at a stop light if will bloww luke warm air, ,when i get on the express way the air gets cooler almost cold, local stop and go traffic seems to have an effect on my ac, if im constantly moving i get better coolir results .
What is the issue here?

Any suggestion?
My aux fan and condensor fan works, my cooland switch kicks these to fan on.
What are your sugesstions?
