In a pinch any tool that works, works, right?!
Well, this is one way to get an an engine out...
Hell, it worked.  and I didn't even have to go to the emergency room! (too bad I didn't get a shot w/ me in the engine compartment after we ran out of "up" and I had to stand on the motor mounts and lift the back-end of the tranny while he pushed the car back!)Anybody else try to kill themselves w/ rigged up equiptment like this?:
