303 Windshield Wash Tablets

I know this is a little piddly ass thing but I am thinking of using those tablets made by 303. Summer, water and tablet. I understand. Winter what do I do? I tried them once years ago and through one in with my Rainx jisim that I use presently, made a real mess some sort of reaction I seem to recall
