1976 300D w115 Horn Angle

Is this the correct angle for the horns under my 1976 300D? It seems like they are uneven. Im not sure if they are supposed to be mounted at the same angle or not. However the one on the left side seems to be obstructed by the front sway bar so im not sure if its even possible to get them even. See attached photo. Thanks!
