Two possible problems:
1) "230.3" There may be a fugitive cylinder on the loose; usually it is a 230.4
2) Have a few helpers get a firm grip on the car so that it cannot turn over. It's the engine that should turn.

Always start with a Manual Compression Test with a Good Gauge
Normal is 150 > Low ? : Proform Wet Test ( oil in Cylinders first )
Note Car will not Run with Old Gunk in Fuel System Carbs Etc .
Example of Bad Compression :
87 / 12 / 44 / 62 / 91 / 39 >
Example of Wet Test Compression 1.5 OZ Oil in Cylinders soaking 5 Hrs or overnight first
125 / 65 / 84 / 102 / 130 / 85 > Should start like this perhaps a shot of starting fluid
( Normal good compression operating 135 to 150 across )
After running motor a New compression test is in order : normal is about 150
and 20 % Variance is about Max > I would drive the Car a few days , or run the motor several Hrs before A New test after this !. Takes time to run off Rust from Valves , Cyl Walls , Rings >
AFTER STARTING RIGHT AWAY : " A Little Oil poured into Carbs
"Motor running" @ about 1500 RPMs after Getting Running go's a Long way to save a motor. Smoke seen out of Exhaust confirms internal Lubracation, countinue running until Smoke Dissipates to advoid Fouling the Plugs before running motor slower.

To run you need air, fuel, compression and spark. Check or verify all of these and report back.

good luck!

Hooking up a dwell meter if the fast way to check for spark. The other fast thing to do is a spritz of starting fluid in the intake. If that makes it go for a second, then your problem is in fuel delivery.

Any chance your plugs are all fouled up (black all over) from running too rich before you did the other fixes? That will mess things up considerably.

Verify spark is leaving the distributor by pulling a wire off a plug and using a spare spark plug with the end touching the valve cover.

If you have spark, try a shot of starting fluid to rule out fuel delivery.

If neither shows life, then compression testing, verify it squishes or you'll get no bang.
