Hot air intake: W114 M130 engine
Being a sucker for originality, I want to re-install the hot air intake (heat riser, I think) used during cold start: the hose under the air filter box and the metal piece on the exhaust manifold.
1971 W114, 250 (M130 2.8 engine) I bought the part that connects to the exhaust manifold, A0000941211: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9gvyt1o514fc54mn60t4v/s-l960.jpg?rlkey=hezx6o7jtjcb02y1598nuklbo&st=2y8wo57x&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/z7iap6ak3tvc23hptso8q/s-l1600.jpg?rlkey=cnvuxh7h0ba2fajzsuefdvz3l&st=h6quuqh3&dl=0 Part numbers I found here: https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/1/m/130923/036/09/001/?chasis=11401168B I figured once I got the part, mounting would be "obvious"... but I'm not seeing it. I looked through my many technical manuals (Mercedes engine, Mercedes Chassis, Haynes), but none show enough detail. Does anyone have a picture they could share?
