Not Mercedes but Sweet Vintage
Sorry for those of you not from this time period, but I just ran across this site and thought some of you would have memories of the original muscle cars. Maybe you had one or had a friend that had one, hope you enjoy: http://musclecarcalendar.com/thunder_alley.htm
Sorry if it is not to your liking. It is meant to be of the same time period 1979 and earlier models, although most are from the early 70's the same as my 280SE, and I did have friends who had cars like the ones on the site. |

For some reason, the sounds are all screwy unless I view the source, find the filename, and put it in the address to save it and listen to it...
But the concept is pretty neat... anyone gonna add a 6.3?

Rad cams!
Keep it up! Love those sounds...
Detroit muscle gets "knocked" around here at times. Not surprising of course, because after all this is a MB site. Nice cars on that site. I had (now owned by my brother), a '63 Galaxie with transplanted and built 351C. Not original, but fast. We also owned a '67 Olds 442 W-30 when I was in HS. Somewhat of a driver, but a really nice one today could fetch upwards of $35K. I've toyed with the idea of an m100, but would like to use it as a daily driver. Not smart in the in the WI winters. But heck, a near perfect 6.3 can be had for $15K. Now is the time to buy one. Do a search here for and you'll find some good info. In regards to M100, check out: http://www.m-100.info/cgi-bin/ibb/ikonboard.cgi http://www.m-100.cc/ |
