Replacing hoses

After having my radiator rebuild I think it's time to replace all the hoses, some look to be "recent" replaced and others are definitely original.

One small hose, 2 inches needed immediately replacement: $ 15,- at the dealership. I can only imagine how much the rest of those hoses is going to cost me if I get them from the dealership.

Was wandering how you guys determine the right hoses for your model and where to get it for a good price?

And what is the best way to get the air out of the system after finishing the job?

Thanks
