I just got the UK W124 Haynes manual from a seller on Amazon marketplace. It seems like a good additional resource. They have a pretty good overview of most items. I would recommend it. I paid $31 with shipping. There doesn't seem to be too much different about the UK cars. The manual covers the gasoline engines more than the diesel.
