Thanks for the response. My car does have the O-V relay, and it only has one fuse in it. Is it supposed to be that way? should I try another fuse in it? Its exactly where you mentioned it being also. When my car stall's, sometimes i tap it, take fuse out, put it back in...go to the truck and pull and reinsert the fuel relay, and it tends to start after a few minutes. My ABS light flashes sometimes when I drive. I read in the manual that if the ABS light comes on, it indicates a failure of the system. I wonder what the flashing is trying to tell me?

Do you know how I can test the O-V relay?

It is located on right side rear of engine compartment under the black cover near the X11/4 connector, the OBD connector . Try tapping on the relay and see if the car stalls. If it does, thats your problem.
