How long did it take to take timewise to get to the motor? and how long did it take altogether to finish the job? i imagine putting things together was probably faster than taking them apart?

I just got an used motor and plan to embark in this replacement task. However we also have 30% chance of rain this upcoming weekend, so i want to somewhat lol plan my day.
