I'll agree the top fat cats are to blame for many of the issues.

However - You should take a behind the scenes tour through an auto plant with a UAW member. Ask about their daily production (unit) quotas. Their time per unit(s) vs. shift durations. And, what they do when they meet their quotas. It could be an eye opening experience for you.

I did. And it was.
