All when I cleaned out my fuel injectors I must have disturbed the wiring that leads from the engine to the tempreture guage. Since then I have lost my temp and this has made me very uncomfortable about driving my 6.9 (which I hardly have). There seems to be a wiring harness that runs from the thermostat to the temp bulkhead that houses a bunch of wires. Before I get stuck in, I would be grateful if someone can help me with the following questions:
- Can anyone confirm that this is the harness that would house the temp guage?
- Is there a way to bypass the harness and run a wire straight to the temp guage?
- Is this wiring harness still available?
- Will a harness from a standard 450SEL work?
