i think that with TDI's being very fuel efficent they will still sell. I mean if you compare a gasser jetta 1.8T to a jetta TDI the gasser gets 30mpg hwy and the diesel gets 50+mpg hwy. I think even with diesel being more expensive you should still save more cents per mile in the diesel over the gasser.
