My dad's allegeric to peanut butter and he sometimes rides in the car so I thought of an alternative.... Mazola oil which is a mix of canola and corn oil. It turned them blacker then I've ever seen them. I just rubbed some on with a rag and left it on. The next day I wiped them off so they didn't have an oily feeling and now 4 days later, they're still dark black.
