If one of the jugs wasn't all the way full I'd say you're probably ok or just barely above where it should be, likely nothing to worry about, if you're paranoid, drain out like .25 or .5 qt's and then check the level again. You could also just check the oil 40 times, and the oil from wiping it off the stick each time would amount to something.
