I just went through this the other day. Replaced both of the hoses that connect the ICV to the cold start injector and also to the throttle body.

I did remove a few fuel lines (cyl 1,2,3) and one other one, I believe. Not a big deal to get them off safely, have a rag handy for the 2oz of fuel that will spill out. Not a big deal to get them back on, the threads are pretty stout.

The hose to the cold start injector was rock hard and was connected to the intake with a "crimp" hose clamp thingy. What a pain. I replaced the "crimp" clamp with a regular MB hose clamp, Works fine.

I don't see any way to replace these hoses without pulling fuel lines, etc. Just keep disconnecting things in the way. Gentle with old electrical connectors.
