The ideal thing to do would be to remove this relay & install jumper wire, but on the C-Class this relay is very hard to get to.
On the central locking pump you would need to ground the signal wire to the interlock relay.
There is a purple/blue wire at pin connector 7 on the locking pump that must be grounded so the relay allows the car to start.
