Which reminds me of another joke:

An Englishman is in a French restaurant, in Paris, oddly enough, and has just been brought a bowl of soup. He studies it and then in alarm calls to the waiter: "Wai - tuh! There's a fly in me soup!" The waiter comes up expressing confusion, "Oui, monsieur?" "There's a fly in me soup, a FLY, el mouche, el mouche!"

The waiter says, "No, no monsieur, it's feminine, LA mouche."

The Englishman looks down at the soup quizzically, "By gol, you've got damn good eyesight!"
