I made a special tool to get to the IP retainer fastener.

I think it is a 13mm size, and what I did was get a combination wrench and heat the shank with a torch, then bend it 90 degrees. Bend on a plane that keeps the box and open ends parallel to each other. Bent about a third of the way down.

You can tediously remove that last fastener with this tool.
