Wow, did not know that the Japanese cars did that. I thought it was only MB that was (IMHO stupid enough) to place the overflow for the coolant resevoir in the fender.

Has anyone taken apart their fender to actually see how it's mounted and how much room?

I'm doubtful because one side is the overflow, and the otherside is the charcoal cannister.
