Sixto, you have to copy the files you want to save at a lower directory level to get around that 255 limit.
If you have an many file folders with many sub folders on the desktop for example copy those directly into the USB drive since just by being there the path is long already being
C:\Documents and Settings\Sixto\Desktop\Main Folder\Subfolder
