Glovebox removal is easy. 8 or 9 plastic pop fasteners (pop the center button out about 1 cm, then pull the fastener out of the hole). Glove box then pulls straight out (watch out for the glovebox lamp and wiring). Installation is the reverse of removal. Easily done in the HD parking lot.
