As Forced Induction said, killing the EGR will improve performance a little. It won't increase maximum power however because your accelerator linkage should have a switch that cuts it off when you floor it.
I also agree with him on leaving the ccv attached. A filter will do no good unless you have a way to drain the oil back into the engine. The small amount of oil ingested won't hurt any thing. Besides, since you paid for it, you might as well burn it as fuel rather than dump it into the atmosphere You want a vacuum in your crank case. It reduces the amount of air thrown around by the pistons inside the engine and can slightly increase the power at the top end.
