Some people install Supra trannies in their Volvos, much better trans.

Volvo made a true 5 speed M47 but didn't install it in the turbo models. I would have preferred a proper 5 speed in my 740T. I have a manual trans bellhousing just in case I pick up a late model 940T, then it will be T5 time.
