I've used the Meguiars leather cleaner conditioner and it works well. They say that if a leather is in good shape you shouldn't really have to apply strong conditioners to it. With some elbow grease the meguiars removes the dirt in the crevices of the leather and after buffing doesn't leave a high shine but looks new and natural. And....its easy to use!
