Both of our SD's have been victims of hit and runs. I was side swiped by a drunk in a chevy corsica at night a few years ago. Damaged my passenger rear door and trim etc...

Then my dad got rear ended in his SD last summer while sitting at a light, slammed pretty hard. The guy's front end was smashed, and my dads car sustained damage, rear doors closed tight etc....required $850 at the body shop to do some panel/trunk repairs and to put it on the frame rack to pull the impact back out.

What did the guy do after hitting him? He backs up, floors it into the opposing lane of traffic past a school bus with its STOP sign on unloading kids....proceeds to run a red light and go roaring down a street. Truly an example of firing squad material.

They say 1 in every 100 adults in the USA is in prison.....while that may be true, realistically it should probably be more like 20 in 100 based on my day to day experiences.
