Part number? We don need no steenkeeng part number! I took what parts I had in the garage and bent and twisted what I had to to make it work. No kidding.
As for the ALDA, remove it and go for a drive. That's as much power as you're going to get by adjusting the ALDA. then decide if you want to make adjustments.
Lots of folks run without the ALDA. Your right foot will determine how much smoke you leave behind and you might have to tweak the transmission modulator since the pedal input profile will be different without the ALDA backing off fuel delivery.
gsxr's preferred method is to slip a shim between the ALDA and the IP. It's more work to sand shims to size but you can keep things so there isn't an offensive amount of smoke when you floor the pedal.
