If the auxiliary fan is controlled by the N10-1 convenience module, I don't know if you need it for the fan, but still to shut down the system under excessive engine temperature.

I would first try resetting those codes to see if they return. If they do, I'm afraid that I cannot give you a hint as to what is wrong - likely either the N22 pushbutton unit or your instrument panel.
