I have a 1994 E500, but I do not have the insert that Michael refered to in my manual. According to info I dug up on the web there is no difference in length between the model years. Remeber that there was a face lift to the car in 1994 including new bumpers. Is there anyway you can drive the car home and give it a try before taking delivery?

As a seperate question, is there anyone you know that could help me identify the part numbers for the E500LTD springs?
