As I stated on your infopop thread I don't think it's necessary to do anything with the pop pressures, but one thing you can do is use B100 in the pop tester when you are setting up your injectors, this way you are setting the pop pressure with the fuel that you will be using. This way if there are any discrepancies between fuels you will have taken car of them.
