In my experience, I had the P4000 Super Touring tires on my 92' 190E 2.6 for a couple of years...a very good tire for 3 seasons but forget the winter. I recommend a seperate set of rims and dedicated Bridgestone Blizzacks or the like if you must drive the car in the winter...or switch to over to snows on your regular rims if you don't want to pop for another set. Tire Rack will sell a steel rim with mounted snows and a hubcap for a good deal. What's really cool is to get a Canadien or Euro hub cap..looks real good; for a plastic hub cap.
You really don't want to drive winter only tires in any other season...too loud and will wear them out quickly. Handling won't be nice either on winter tires. Hope this helps.
