that is almost a certainty if you use biod regularly...well, its a certaintly on mine. you can get replacement rubber gaskets for the fuel filler cap from fastlane, as well as the rubber grommet that seals around the neck of the filler pipe and the body of the car.

i've only replaced mine once so far, but they looked good when i got the car, and after a year of using biodiesel, it looked like the grommet had melted...although it probably was really old rubber, we'll see how long a new one lasts
